Keep it on buildr. All communication, quotes and payments for any job introduced through buildr must stay on the platform. Taking an introduced client or contractor off-platform to avoid fees, or to bypass our verification and dispute protection, is not allowed and can lead to removal.

Reviews you leave must reflect a real job you actually hired for. Reviews are tied to genuine engagements so other owners can trust them.

When you request a quote, your contact details are shared with up to three matching contractors so they can respond. You can manage this anytime in your account.

buildr verifies trades but does not perform the work or guarantee outcomes. Always agree scope, price and timeline in writing before work starts.

To carry the verified badge you must pass our checks — business registry, liability insurance, tax compliance and authentic reviews. You agree to keep these current and to provide proof on request.

Leads are introductions to real owners. Respond promptly and professionally. Misusing lead contact details (spam, resale, off-platform solicitation) is grounds for removal.

Your trades, coverage area, pricing band and credentials must be accurate. Misrepresenting your business or qualifications will remove your badge and listing.

Do the work you agree to, to a professional standard. Reviews are tied to real jobs; manipulating reviews (fake, paid or incentivised) is prohibited.
